Once you have received your item(s), we encourage you to carefully open, unwrap, and inspect them while following any placement or care instructions provided.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours (Twenty-Four Hours only) from the time of order placement. After this period, cancellation requests will not be eligible for refund processing.
If you request delivery earlier than the indicated delivery timeline and later choose to cancel during that adjusted period, the order will not qualify for cancellation or refund.
You may request a return or replacement within 2–3 days from the date of receiving your order.

Return requests beyond this period will not be eligible for processing.
Approved return items will be collected from your address within 2–3 working days after submission of the return request.
Refunds are typically processed within 2–3 working days after the returned item is received and verified at our warehouse.
For purchases made via card or installment payment methods, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account after initiation.
Orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) will be refunded as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
Please inspect your item thoroughly upon delivery.
If an item is damaged, marked, or defective, it must be reported within 7 days of receipt and returned in its original packaging.
Upon notification, we will coordinate with our courier partner to arrange replacement. Please ensure the item is repacked securely in its original box to avoid rejection.
Accidental damage after delivery is not covered under our replacement policy.
If damage occurs due to incorrect installation or failure to follow placement instructions, returns or refunds will not apply.
Our delivery and collection services are limited to doorstep service.
Drivers may assist with packaging removal upon request; however, this service is not guaranteed with all courier partners. We recommend disposing of packaging only after confirming the item is suitable and will be retained.
Returns without original packaging may be rejected.
Elora Home disclaims liability for:
Special, incidental, or consequential damages
Damage to other property
Personal injury
Costs arising from misuse or improper installation
The maximum liability of the Company is limited to the purchase price of the defective product.
In cases of claimed damage due to misuse or incorrect installation, clear photographic evidence must be submitted with the complaint. We reserve the right to reject claims if sufficient documentation is not provided.
Customers are responsible for ensuring proper installation and usage as per product guidelines.
To ensure prompt resolution, please provide:
Clear photo or video of the damaged area
Photo of the packaging if box was damaged
For wall-mounted items (such as mirrors or wall décor), please provide:
Clear front image/video of the damaged item
Clear back image/video
Image/video of the mounting hook
Image/video of the wall screw
Full image/video of the entire wall where installed
These images must be submitted on the same day the item is received or identified as damaged.
Failure to provide documentation within this timeframe may result in rejection of investigation.
