Cancellations within this timeframe are eligible for a full refund.
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at hello@eleganza.ae with your order number and cancellation request.
After the initial 24-hour period, your order will be processed and prepared for dispatch.
Once processing begins:
Cancellation requests will not be accepted
No refund will be issued
If you request delivery earlier than the indicated delivery window, please note:
Such orders are considered final
They are not eligible for cancellation or refund
Expedited processing begins immediately
If your order is placed within a specific delivery time frame and you choose to cancel during this period:
The order cannot be cancelled or refunded
Fulfillment and logistics processes are already underway
This includes cases where an earlier delivery date is selected after order confirmation.
Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed, as production begins promptly after order confirmation.
If your cancellation is approved under this policy:
A full refund will be processed to your original payment method
Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
