Cancellations After 24 Hours
After the initial 24-hour period, your order will be processed and prepared for dispatch.

If your order is placed within a specific delivery time frame and you choose to cancel during this period:
This includes cases where an earlier delivery date is selected after order confirmation.
Special or Custom Orders
Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed, as production begins promptly after order confirmation.
